Uncommon and very handsome sea chart of the West Indies from Puerto Rico to Barbados. The map is intricately detailed with place names, anchorages, and navigational hazards. It shows the Bank of Aves stretching between Saba and Aves Islands. Richly ornamented with sailing ships, loxodromic lines and a fleur-de-lis. Published by Lauri & Whittle.

Printed on fine hand laid paper with a large watermark. Tiny marginal tears professionally repaired.
