This is a collection of illustrations of authentic ship models made in the 17th century. It was prepared for the Ship Model Society. It is beautifully illustrated with 50 full-page sepia-tone photogravures with descriptions on facing page. Folio, hardbound in quarter vellum and paper covered boards, gilt design on front cover, gilt titles on spine. Limited edition #324 of 1000.
