Complete, large folio world atlas. Index calls for 32 maps all of which are present, although plate numbers do not always align with index numbers. Most maps are double-page, including three relating to North America. Decorative borders and bright fresh color. Volume is not dated, but most maps are dated 1871 or 1873. Original red cloth embossed with gilt titles, leather spine. A fine atlas with a few small flaws easily repaired.
