Depicts the famous Revolutionary War battle between the troops of Gen. Nathaniel Greene and the British Gen. Cornwallis. During the first portion of the battle the Continentals had inflicted much damage to the British troops while suffered minimal losses. When the British artillery arrived Greene chose to retreat to fight another day, giving the victory to Cornwallis. A historical map in original color that locates troop movements and positions in great detail.
