This splendid map depicts the travels of St. Paul and is taken directly from the work of Ortelius and engraved by Petrus Kaerius. Two fine scenes in top depict incidents during the journey. At center is a drawn-curtain style title cartouche. Map shows the countries along the Mediterranean, including Cyprus, Greece, and most of Italy. In the sea are a wrecked sailing ship and another being attacked by a sea monster.
