Detailed map, in two parts, based on the style popularized by Frederick de Wit. The southern part of the country is the focus of the main map, while the northern part is depicted in a large inset at top. The large (uncolored) title cartouche is surrounded by mermaids, cherubs and the coat of arms.
Some damp stains and old repairs on centerfold. Abrasion on verso creating a small area of weakened paper. Close side margins, apparently as issued. Three tears on edges, 2 entering the neatline, the other just enters into the map.
