The following lots are printed leaves from Missale…Archiefpiscopatus Pragensis Ecclesiae, published in Venice in 1507. Each is on a 12" x 8" sheet of fine hand-laid paper, printed in red and black ink. They are from a very rare book containing the office of the Catholic Mass and are exceedingly rare examples of fine printing and Gothic woodblock illustrations.
Printed on fine hand-laid paper with black and red ink. One side containing a large, eight-line woodblock illustration of Saint Sebastian being martyred.
