Small map of the Chilean Juan Fernandez Island, topped by a view of its rocky profile. This island was made famous by Daniel Defoe's novel Robinson Crusoe as the island upon which he was marooned. Decorative cartouche and compass rose with fluer-de-lys.

Crisp impression, tasteful coloring. Small wormhole in blank margin. Very slight offsetting.
