Decorative map surrounded by uncolored steel engraved vignettes by Marchant featuring beavers, elk, North American Indians, Niagara Falls, Mayan ruins, etc. The map is filled with forts and locates many Indian Tribes. Oklahoma is Western Territory, the Southwest is Upper California, Alaska is Russian America. Very fancy border and title cartouche.
