This rare sheet includes 9 engravings related to the War of Spanish Succession in 1716. The sheet includes maps of southeastern Scotland, Fredrikstad in Norway, the island of Corfu, and Timișoara in Romania, as well as engravings of the landing of James Francis Stuart at Peterhead, the birth of Leopold Johann of Austria, and a sea battle off the coast of Fredrikstad. A remarkable and rarely seen issue from Schenk's iconographic history of the War of Spanish Succession.
