This map of the Chicago region was produced by Charles E. Moran as an advertisement for “Eggleston, Mallette & Brownell Real Estate & Loans.” It extends from Norwood Park south to Lake Calumet, highlighting parks and cemeteries in green and the location of the 1893 World’s Columbian Exposition in red along Lake Michigan. Text at right encourages “parties looking for a home at a moderate price, where all the surroundings are first-class, we invite you to look at Eggleston and Auburn Park.” Blank verso.
