"The Booklovers Map of the British Isles",

This pictorial map by Dolli Tingle locates literary landmarks including well-known book titles, characters, and authors throughout the British Isles. It features a number of illustrations on the map including Peter Rabbit, Lassie, Robinson Crusoe, Robin Hood, Alice (in Wonderland), and more. An inset at lower left demonstrates the significant literary presence in London including "Milton lived here", "De Foe buried here", and "Route of Mr. Pickwick" to name a few. The map is embellished with the British coat of arms, compass rose with fleur-de-lis, and floral border. Published by R.R. Bowker.
