Superb large map of Hispaniola with a sizable inset of Martinique. The nicely detailed map covers the area to include the tip of Cuba, Turks & Caicos, and part of the Bahamas. The map is decorated by a grand decorative title cartouche and scale of miles.

Condition: B+

Contemporary outline color on a bright sheet with the watermarks of a house and "T Dupuy Auvergne." There is light soiling, extraneous creases along the centerfold, and some dampstains and short tears confined to the blank margins.
