"Tours et Contours de la Terre - Itineraires d'une Femme au Coeur de la Cartographie",

This French-language collection showcases the cartographic essays of Monique Pelletier. Pelletier served at the French National Library as conservator from 1960 to 1969 and as Chief of the Department of Maps and Plans starting in 1976. She also served in the International Cartographic Association on the Commission of History of Cartography (1987-95) and the French Committee of Cartography (1988-98). There are black & white illustration throughout the volume. A pamphlet, "Hommages a Monique Pelletier," published by the Bibliotheque Nationale de France, is included as well. Soft covers, 303 pp.
