This map was issued in the General Land Office's annual report for 1876. It shows the progress of the surveys, which was mostly taking place in the southern portion of the territory. Names 11 counties with the center of the territory lacking any information except for a few rivers. A legend at right identifies land offices, county seats, railroad limits, and Indian reservations. Drawn on a scale of 16 miles per inch.
There is toning along the fold lines and a number of tiny splits at fold intersections.
