This lot includes the complete run of Imago Mundi up until 2006, collecting hundreds of in-depth essays from more than 70 years of cartographic study. A valuable source of reference material on early cartography containing well-illustrated articles. Imago Mundi is the leading scholarly journal devoted exclusively to the history of cartography. Volumes 1 through 26 are bound, as issued, in wrappers; Volumes 27 through 42 are clothbound; Volumes 47 through 58:2 are bound, as issued, in stiff wrappers.
