It is graced with an elaborate cartouche flanked by a pair of armed and armored warriors, topped with lilies representing France. The royal crest is shown at the upper right and ships and galleys sail the seas.
Issued folding on watermarked paper with a few faint spots and remnants of hinge tape on verso. There is marginal toning and a few small worm holes in the top blank margin.
