An uncommon map showing the positions and dimensions of the ground plan of the buildings and other improvements as recommended by the Board of Commissioners. The Navy Yard is on both sides of the Wolf River at its entrance to the Mississippi. Commissioner L. Warrington's engraved signature appears at bottom right. Drawn by W.P.S. Sanger, Engineer.
