This delightful miniature map of Crema in the Lombardy province was engraved by Petrus Kaerius, who engraved the majority of the maps of the Caert-thresoor (Map Treasury). This is the scarce first state without degrees of latitude in the borders. Dutch text on verso.

References: King (2nd ed.) p. 80-82.

Condition: B

The map is nice with a dark impression and the margins are soiled. There is expert paper restoration in the blank margins and in a small hole in the map just beneath the cartouche.
