Very nice and complete German folio atlas with early printed color maps. Contains two world maps, 28 of European and Scandinavian interest, nine of Asia, Africa and Oceania, and five related to the Americas. Each colored map is on a single page and measures approximately 11 x 9.5 inches. Hard boards with mottled paper, title page, preface, maps.

Occasional scattered foxing to some maps, but most with very good images, all with marginal foxing and soiling. Boards professionally repacked with new black cloth on spine and new blank end papers. Boards worn and abraded.
