An uncommon little double-hemispherical mapthat shows California as an island. The coastline of Australia is beginning to take shape as Nova Hollandia, and New Guinea is shown with an attachment to a large, amorphous landmass. Antarctica is named, and a large Ter. de Iesso is named off of the northwest coast of North America. Not in McLaughlin.

A velvety impression on a sheet with faint foxing. The far left margin has a couple wormtracks, well away from the map.
