This small Dutch map shows California as an island, and Terra Iesso stretching across the North Pacific from Fretum Anian nearly to Japan. The Carpenteria coast of Australia and Quiri Regio (Solomon Islands) appear in the South Pacific. A small compass rose and a charming decorative title cartouche complete the composition.

Some faint toning along fold that has been reinforced with tissue on verso, else very good.
