Beautifully rendered copper engraving of two globes on fine rings and bases. The first globe is of the Eastern Hemisphere, the second is of the heavens featuring the Great Bear, Andromeda, Hydra, etc. Other spheres fill the area between the globes.

References:

Condition: A

Early, dark impression on a full sheet of hand laid paper with wide margins. Very finely applied modern color.
