Handsome and detailed map of Peru that is delicately and finely engraved. Covers the region from Quito to Udienze with substantial detail of the Amazon river basin, here named Paese Delle Amazoni. Decorated with a monument style title cartouche with indigenous plants and fruits.

Beautiful impression on hand laid paper with wide margins and original color. Trace of toning along centerfold, still very good.
