Large and very detailed engraved map. Shows railroad and county development, roads, villages and towns. Includes a large portion of Wisconsin and Dakota, both left uncolored. Decorative and very delicate filigree-style border. Taintor's maps are some of the last fully hand colored maps produced and are not seen as frequently as other American mapmakers.
