This interesting and decorative sheet traces the genealogy of the House of Oldenburg, including the eleven kings it produced from Christian I up to Christian VI. A smaller "family tree" at left is devoted to the lineage of Christopher III of the House of Palatinate-Neumarkt, the king preceding Christian I. A thoughtful king rests underneath the larger tree, and next to him there is the coat-of-arms of Christian VI and an allegorical figure. Above the title cartouche at bottom right, there is a list of the ancient kings of Denmark. A scroll-like cartouche at top left explains the abbreviations used.

A nice impression with light surface soiling. There is a short repaired edge tear at top and a small chip along the centerfold that has been replaced with old paper on verso resulting in minute loss of image.
