This little map was included in one of the rarest books on St. Barts; Sven Dahlman's Beskrifning Om S. Barthelemy. It was a promotional pamphlet intended to encourage investment and settlement in the new colony, which was awarded to Sweden in 1784 as part of the peace settlement following the American Revolution. The map is well rendered with a block style title and an interesting compass rose. Extremely Rare.
