Stunning map of ancient Tuscany based on Bellarmati's map supplemented by classical sources. Includes numerous small islands off the coast, as well as a bit of northern Corsica. Adorned with three strapwork cartouches and an eastward sailing ship. Blank verso. Published in Petrus Bertius' Theatrum Geographiae Veteris… in 1618, which included maps by Mercator, Ortelius, and newly engraved maps by Pieter van den Keere.

A nice impression on paper with an "AR" watermark. The map has been trimmed to the neatine and professionally remargined, with a portion of the neatline replaced in facsimile.
