This fine map of Greece and its surroundings was based on the work of Giacomo Gastaldi. It is very detailed and includes the islands in the Aegean Sea. The map is embellished by a sailing ship and a large ornate cartouche. The seas are fully and laboriously engraved in stipple. Latin text on verso.

There are a couple short tears in the blank margins that are closed with archival tape, else fine.
