Very detailed chart of Russia and Mongolia reflecting the recent discoveries in Kamchatka by Witsen with the icy cape K. Suetonines, which was believed to render it impossible to sail round the north-eastern tip of Asia. Compagnie Land is shown off the southern coast of Kamchatka. Title in block style and a small compass rose decorates the chart.
