An Italian derivative of the Ortelius map of the Americas. The North American continent is entirely too wide, with the mythical regions of "Anian" and "Quiuira" situated above the Californian peninsula. South America is distinguished by the bulbous Chilean coastline. The great southern continent stretches to include "Nova Guinea".

References: Burden #86.

Condition: C

Three large worm tracks along centerfold have been filled and rather crudely disguised with pencil. Otherwise it is a crisp, clean impression.
