Crisp copper engraving depicting the extent of the United States just moving west of the Mississippi River. Western Territory now occupies the region west of the states of Arkansas and Missouri, and Iowa Territory is named but without the western boundary shown. Good detail and several Indian tribes are named. Short split on fold with cello tape on verso.
