Very decorative sheet with three maps: Carpetaniae, Guipuscoae and Cadiz. The Cadiz map was drawn by George Hoefnagel during his stay in Spain from 1563 to 1567. The source of the other two is unknown. Each map is richly decorated with elaborate cartouches and the map of Cadiz is enclosed in a semicircular, strapwork frame that includes two vignettes. Expert repairs of some tears, all now visible only on close inspection. Very attractive and correct later color.
