This sheet features 5 vignettes of life in Queensland, Australia. It was published in the January 19th, 1881 issue of The Illustrated London News. Per the captions, the vignettes show: 1. Fight with an "Old Man" Kangaroo; 2. A Stage-Coach in the Bush; 3. Gold-Mining at Charters Towers; 4. Wild-Duck Shooting at Hughenden; and 5. On the Burdekin River - Cattle and Alligator. Artwork and engraving credited to T. Robinson and H. Wade.
