This handsome early map of the state shows counties, roads, railroads, canals, and settlements. It includes an inset Cincinnati city plan and a profile of the Ohio Canal. County configuration pre-dates the 1833 copyright date, with no sign of Carroll County. This is an early edition of the map, before the disputed Toledo Strip was added, with present-day Toledo still named Port Lawrence. Engraved by E.B. Dawson.
