Early map of the state that is finely engraved and full of detail. It extends to show surrounding states and territories. There is detail of watershed, towns, wagon roads and trails, counties, and courthouses. The Northwestern Territory west of the Ohio River contains no details. The map was derived from John Reid's map for the American Atlas, which in turn was taken from Carey's 1794 folio map. Published by I. Low, New York and engraved by Alexander Anderson.
