This decorative and informational chart is centered on a map of the eastern Mediterranean showing the travels of St. Paul from Judea to Rome. The map is filled with ancient place names and biblical passages are located on the map including at Eloth where "Solomon Had a Navy of Ships" and "Achmetha, or Ecbatana, the capital, where was found the decree of Cyrus for building the house of God, at Jerusalem." Inset maps in the lower corners include "Canaan According to the Syrian Division about 200 Years B.C." and "The Journeyings of the Children of Israel from Egypt to Canaan." Three genealogical trees show the Kings of Judah, Kings of Israel, and Jacob's 70-member family. The chart is surrounded by a border showing a timeline from the creation of the world at 4004 BC up to 100 AD with major events of the Bible in between. Folds into brown leather boards with gilt title on the front cover (6.5 x 9.0"). Published by C.W. Leonard in London.
