This dramatic bird's-eye view depicts the bombing of Pearl Harbor by Matsunosuke Furushima and was issued as a supplement to the publication "King" on March 1, 1942. The text reads "In the early dawn of December 8, 1941, the Japanese Army successfully carried out a surprise operation and, in an instant, destroyed the main force of the U.S. Pacific Command and overwhelmed the world with unprecendentedly great warfare results in the history of world warfare.
