Ruscelli's version of Gastaldi's modern map of India. The subcontinent is depicted in a very narrow form with the northern parts of India not shown. Most of the island of present-day Sri Lanka, here called Ceilam, is included. This is the second state with the addition of two ships and a sea monster. Italian text on verso.
