A fine map of Holstein including the city of Hamburg (here Hamborch). The map is fully engraved with forests, rivers, lakes and hundreds of villages. The map is adorned with a strapwork title cartouche and a moiré patterned sea. French text on verso.

A crisp impression on lightly toned paper with a small coat of arms watermark, marginal soiling and foxing, and a tiny tear in the bottom blank margin.
