This early and rare pocket map of Los Angeles County and Orange County is printed with blue ink. It shows ranchos, mines, and springs mostly north of the city with railroads, roads, and settlements to the south and east. The map was drawn and published by the Punnett Brothers, and shortly thereafter issued by the C.F. Weber firm, whose imprint is on the front cover as "sole agents and distributors." Folds into quarto brown cloth covers with paper title label. There are no examples of this 1908 edition found on OCLC. For an example of the 1914 version, click here.

Condition: B+

Issued folding with a few tiny splits at the fold junctions and a small stain. There are some light pencil and colored pencil notations at top left that do not distract. Covers have light wear.
