This allegorical title page is centered on Queen Anne, the reigning monarch at the time, holding a wand of state and a pair of scales, signifying Justice. To the sides are figures representing Europe, Asia, Africa and America. Behind Queen Anne is a plinth with Atlas holding the globe. This title page was first used by Hermann Moll for Atlas Geographicus in 1708. The plate was then used by Philip Cluver in 1711 for his Introductio in Universam Geographiam and by Robert Morden in 1714 for Magna Britannia. Drawn by B. Lens and engraved by J. Sturt.
