This engraving is dominated by two Native Americans, with a view of the city and harbor of Cartagena in the background. Engraved by Meijer. This engraving was published in Carel Allard's Orbis Habitabilis Oppida et Vestitus, the first town book to incorporate both maps and costume plates of cities from all over the world, including New York, Paris, Rome, Mexico, Jerusalem, Bantam, and many more.
