This large and remarkably detailed bird's-eye plan (1/2 mile/inch) names all major streets, parks, gardens, railroads, and buildings in Dublin. A table at bottom left gives the population of the city for various years between 1688 and 1881. Color details the parliamentary and municipal boundaries, railroads, trams, etc. The concentric circles illustrate the distances from the General Post Office in increments of .25 mile.
