Complete illustrated world atlas. There are a total of 19 double-page maps and 87 single-page maps along with several interesting comparative charts, flags and coats of arms from various nations, and a bird's-eye view of the Holy Land. Includes fine, double-page maps of Texas and California. Filled with wood engravings in text. This atlas uses a licensed edition of Cram's maps with double-page maps printed on one sheet and attached to atlas with a backstrap. Very handsome graphics and embossing on cloth cover. Title, table of contents, maps, text, index. 259 pp.

Condition: A

Maps and text are in near fine condition with occasional minor soiling confined to the blank margins. The one exception is the map of Quebec that has a 3.5" edge tear at top (B). Hinges are starting and the covers have light staining. Previous owner's stamp on title page, table of contents, and front free endpaper.
