This lovely bird's-eye plan of St. Petersburg is centered on the Peter and Paul Fortress, located on the Zayachii Ostrov in the Neva River. A detailed key at bottom identifies the various districts in St. Petersburg, as well as rivers, canals, islands, and important locations, including the Winter Palace, Admiralty, Statue of Peter I, and Isaac's Church. A handsome German plan of the city.

Issued folding, now pressed, on watermarked paper with attractive color, minor soiling, and a small hole at a fold intersection that has been professionally repaired. Remargined at top with a portion of neatline replaced in facsimile.
