A handsome map of the regions of Liguria, Piedmont, and the western portions of Lombardy and Emilia-Romagna. Large cities are depicted with miniature bird's-eye plans, including Genova, Torino, Milan, and Parma. The map is fully engraved with excellent detail of the mountains and rivers in the area. The map is adorned with a title cartouche flanked by coats of arms of the regions held aloft by putti, and a distance scale featuring a putto with measuring dividers.
