This detailed bird's-eye plan was one of the most popular plans of Jerusalem during the seventeenth centuries. It shows the city walls and streets, with a numbered key to important religious sites. This is the second state adding biblical scenes on the hillsides in the foreground. The elder's mark (an old fisherman) can be seen top left of the map key. Dutch text on verso.
