Fine group of copper engravings from the Old Testament drawn by G. Hoet and published by Pierre de Hondt. 1) Exod. II: 3-6 Moses drawn out of the water. 2) Gen. XLIX: 1-28 Jacob blesseth his sons. 3) Jos. X: 9. Joseph cuts the nerves of the horses and burns the chariots of the nations. 4) Jos: XVIII et XIX. Josua & Eleazar divide the promised land by lot unto Israel. 5) Exod. III: 2-10 The Lord appeareth to Moses in a burning bush.
