Pair of superb panoramic views depicting battles in what was known as the Bloody Deluge in Polish history. The first depicts the battle of Dirschov on the Vistula River in August 1657. The second depicts a huge army fording the Vistuala River near the ruins of a Hungarian and Cossack castle in April 1657. Both are richly ornamented with elaborate cartouches and decorative borders.
